Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final

Because of the intimate and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or products that have been opened or worn.

Before you order

Please check the size options and measurements on each product page carefully before placing your order. Many of our chastity cages include several ring sizes, but if you are unsure which size or model is right for you, contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.

Changes to your order

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been prepared for shipping, but once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

your order number
a short description of the problem
clear photos of the item and the packaging

After reviewing your request, we will send you a replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, issue a refund to your original payment method. You may be asked to return the incorrect or defective item; if so, we will explain how.
